SelfMinds AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates selfminds.ai and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

• Business information: Company name, role, project details you share during engagement.

We do not operate a registration system, user accounts, or collect payment information on this site.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Our hosting provider (Netlify) may collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security and operational purposes. See Netlify's Privacy Policy for details.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may collect your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide requested services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Healthcare AI & HIPAA

For clients engaging our Healthcare AI services, we operate under Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where applicable. Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in strict compliance with HIPAA. Healthcare client data is never used for purposes beyond the contracted scope of work.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and manage the business relationship. If an engagement does not proceed, inquiry data is deleted within 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
